Beautiful place. You can really feel the university atmosphere. It reminded me of when I was in Oxford. A bit far to walk.

It's an excellent place to visit and explore. The campus has a park, an arboretum, impressive buildings, and a gallery/museum. Studying here must be wonderful.

I visited UCC on Saturday and it was raining. I planned to go to the student restaurant and the library but they were closed for a holiday. However the view of the main building was great. I felt like i was in Harry Potter

A beautiful building. Must feel like Harry, Hermione and Ron going to Hogwarts.. ;) We went to a candlelit concert at the Aula Maxima. It was a wonderful event in such magical atmosphere.

God is great Welcome to humanity Welcome to the Republic of Ireland. It was one September day, many years ago I left for university.... to be continued, thank you🔆 Ms. Mary Sisk, our kind hostess from Togher, welcomed me into her womb, bosom buddies. Hail the Mother of God. I was the sole Asian, and among the tenants, the sole male. My life flourished in dreams. I had the pick of the lot Karen, Hazel and, Michelle. Ms. Sisk had a sprawling two storey fantasy. I lived with a family in a house, that is. And, there were others(students, teachers), renting, too. The central applications office website opened vistas like not ever before. After bailing out from Denmark's spell check riddled international education, being a mature student, with no secondary education certification, was indeed a unique provision for budding aspirants, seen around the world. Little did I reckon a chance meeting with Bono (Dublin) himself, walks in the buff in Waterford and even a stint teaching Irish nursing students about life in Denmark(for pocket money)... My first ever year in university encompasses all this and, much more. Buckle up, dear readers... life beckons. ♥️ The first week had this relishing intro trip to the Muckross house and nearby lake(lough). My heart fell for Fiona, Gemma and, a third butterfly. On the flip side, some five hearts intended to court me. 💕💕 Irish punters? I had no idea. This one I had to check out. God is kind

The Hideout Cafe

27/06/2026: Absolutely love this place. The smell of freshly ground beans of coffee, soft music, and the warm lighting with amazing view of Cork city. A good cup of coffee tastes taste better when someone prepares it with care, and pairing it with a fresh slice of amazing cake.
17/06/2026: Accidentally stumbled upon this place on the way to my bus stop, but it was exactly what I needed! The owner was so lovely to talk to, and it's obvious how much heart and soul is in this cafe. Delicious baked goods, wonderful coffee, and of course I have to mention the view. Be sure to stop by!

Coriander - Nepalese And Indian Restaurant Douglas

22/05/2026: Awesome restaurant if you want authentic Indian food. Ambiance is great and food out standing!
22/05/2026: I visited this place with 2 of my friends on our first trip to Cork. The food is so immaculate and amazing. Way better than Dublin. Safe to say the best indian food we had in Ireland so far. The staff is very polite and service is appreciable too. Pranav and Saugat, both, were real sweethearts with their approach and nature and helped us guide through the menu. I'll really recommend this restaurant. Thank you to the entire team. Best wishes to the lads as well for their futures. Great experience overall.
