The young girl behind the drinks counter was a ray of sunshine, her infectious smile brightening up the already vibrant atmosphere of the restaurant. Her attentiveness and efficiency in serving customers added an extra layer of joy to the dining experience. Equally outstanding was the gentleman in the dark blue t-shirt, who went above and beyond to apologize for the slight delay in getting seats. His genuine concern and understanding of the situation, given the bustling crowd on Saint Patrick's Day, showcased the level of professionalism and care that Eddie Rockets prides itself on. In conclusion, my visit to Eddie Rockets in Newbridge was nothing short of delightful. I bring my son here once a week, he loves it and staff are very friendly to him too…

Excellent food with prompt service

I am giving 4 stars for the service because the young man grabbed my glass from the top to serve me (so I drank with a straw) and for the waters, he had 2 glasses with ice which he grabbed toghether with HIS FINGERS INSIDE the glass. Big pet peeve for me. Poor knowledge of basic hygiene and waiting. I asked him to take them back so my friends drank straight from the bottle. Other than that, nice food, we had a good time.

Food consistent with other branches but we had the worst service I’ve ever had in an Eddie Rockets. No greeting, no menus until we asked and then only 3 for 4 people. No colouring pencils for the kids until requested. No order taking until requested. Both servers fairly grumpy throughout. And no kids toys until requested. We also spent €10 more for less food than the family meal deal which wasn’t suggested to us.

Very nice food, people and service. We'll be back again.

Amazing food amazing services it was a great place to eat i highly recommended u eat here

My boyfriend and I always eat here, and order from here regularly over the last 3 years. I think they have only forgot a drink before or something stupid but came back and even sent us two brownies which was so kind. Tonight unfortunately I called to tell them that they forgot one thing off the order which was tenders (I thought I clicked chicken wings but it’s probably baby brain that made me think that) when the girl put me on hold the first time I heard nothing and she came back and told me the manger or whoever packed the bag themselves with 4 boxes of food, even though we received 3 boxes. I said check with the delivery driver then incase it fell out of the bag, she said something else and put me on hold again but after a few seconds I don’t know if she knocked me off hold I could hear her talking to colleagues and staff saying I was complaining about chicken wings and tenders and I got so mad cause I was just informing her that whatever I ordered didn’t come. I wasn’t complaining I don’t care if it was this or that, it didn’t arrive with the rest of the food. I was ready to drive down and show them the food we got myself but then a man came to the phone who was lovely and I told him I heard everything that the girl said… he apologised and sent chicken wings my way. I think they should be more careful when putting people on hold I didn’t like the way the girl spoke about me to her colleagues and tried to make things more dramatic then what was really happening.
