I ordered a cappuccino with cake and the cafe is take away only. They have an outside table for four people. Delicious coffee and excellent service.

The coffee is very good here and not too expensive. However the staff are unfortunately quite unfriendly, they don’t chat with customers and I found them to be rude. There are lots of sweet treats available but they are uncovered, left near to the open door and there were flies landing on the cakes and cookies the day I visited.

25/05/2025: We stopped for lunch at The Moorings Bar & Restaurant and were very happy with the experience. My wife ordered a fish and chips and I had the fish of the day, Cod gratinated à la Florentine. Both were very good and generously portioned. The Baileys cheese cake for dessert was just ok. Overall a nice lunch.
19/05/2025: We eat lunch here every time we are in Portmagee. It's super cozy. The food is great. Service is fast. No need to look elsewhere!

Sakura Asian Street Food

30/03/2025: we grabbed some sushi to go, it was great. Fresh products, really tasty. I recommend.
02/03/2025: My family and I ordered take out for dinner and it was ready for pick up in around 20 minutes, the staff are very kind and responded very quickly over the phone. All of the food was really delicious and we put the take out in our own plates at home. We also got 2 little containers of miso soup even though we didn't order any, not sure if it's complimentary, but that was a nice surprise :)) 10/10
