Everest Express in Ennis

I discovered it by chance, and since I was hiking in Nepal ages ago, I absolutely wanted to try it. When I stood there, I was a little skeptical... But please don't let that put you off. The atmosphere is exactly as it should be! This is what Nepal looks like 😁 I ordered the platter for two with all sorts of Nepali food, and the taste really catapulted me back to Nepal. Simply delicious and authentic. Fantastic. Everyone was super friendly and funny. We even got a serenade. The kids loved it too. The prices are absolutely reasonable. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely come back. Namaste for this wonderful evening.

Stopped in here on the way up from Cork to Galway. All the food was fantastic, huge portion sizes had to take some home to enjoy after. The tea especially was lovely. Fantastic service throughout really enjoyed my time here. Would come again! Donal from Galway

I have traveled all over India and i have even worked at a Nepali restaurant before, and i have to say this is some of the best curry i have ever had! Hira the owner even played me a traditional Nepali tune and it was an amazing experience. Come here and you will not regret it!

Went for the lamb thali - delicious food, huge portions and great variety! And Hiran is the man! He cracked out the sarangi, a traditional Nepalese instrument and played a mix of Nepalese and Irish music. Would defo come back ans recommend to others!

I visited Ennis especially to come to this restaurant, for the food and to study sarangi with Hiralal, a master of the Nepali instrument and one of the owners of of the restaurant! I spent two lovely afternoons learning from him in the restaurant over Nepali tea, and playing music for guests. Great food, great community, great music!!

Had a lovely dinner today! The Thali is a must! They played some Nepalese traditional music for us live!
