The very best food in Ennis, super delicious, large portions, good vibes, and a super friendly owner who plays music in the restaurant on a Nepalese instrument. We'll be back. Best regards, Alex and Lea

Verry good food, also for vegitarians. De owner even played some live nepalese music for us! Very talented! Kind people working there and amazing food.
Stumbled on this place while visiting Ennis. The food was terrific. We got a range of curries -- both lamb and vegetarian. The owners performed several tunes on traditional instruments. Really enjoyed talking to them about the music and Nepal. Highly recommended.

An excellent little restaurant in Ennis. The hosts (Ramji and Hirala) were friendly, gracious, and attentive. They even played some Nepalese traditional music live for us. The food was fresh and delicious, the portions generous and well presented. Definitely would go back again.

The Everest Kitchen was one of the highlights of my week-long trip to Ireland. Owned by two brothers from Nepal, it was hands-down the best meal I had during my trip. The lamb curry is something I will dream about. It was saucier than an Indian curry, and not as intensely spiced, but the flavors were perfect. I wish I had the recipe, I would cook it for dinner tonight. The rest of the dishes were fantastic as well, but the lamb curry stole the show for me.
During dinner, the two brothers broke out musical instruments and begin performing, one on drums, the other on a unique Nepali fiddle-like stringed instrument. A cook and a musician, I have not seen that combo before, but it worked.
They told me they work with orphanages in Nepal helping orphans. They travel and volunteer, as well provide school supplies. They have some T-shirts printed up that you can purchase to help support their work.
I was blown away by their generosity, joy, and kindness, not to mention the food. If you have not been to the Everest Kitchen, put it on your list! I drove an hour round trip, and I don’t regret a moment of it.

A very good Nepalese food experience, far beyond my expectations, the restaurant owner Hira used to be a musical artist, this is the first time I saw and heard this instrument, very new, the experience is very good, I only stayed in Ennis for a short time, but I will remember this restaurant
