We have stayed in many hotels, and we have to say Faithlegg takes some beating, From start to finish it was amazing, From the detail of the hotel to the helpful and friendliness of the staff, to the amazing mouthwatering food which was really, really enjoyable, and the relaxing atmosphere of the whole place. We will definitely be back in the near future, Thanks to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. ❤️

We had a great stay in beautiful Faithlegg, fabulous comfortable room, lovely staff and amazing dining with Maitre'd Pierce and his crew who ensured the whole experience was the highlight of ou stay. The leisure centre was very nice, perfect for a rainy day.

A beautiful hotel with everything going for it. Myself and my wife stayed there at the weekend just gone and will definitely be back soon. From the minute we walked through the doors we were greeted from the reception desk with a smile and a very friendly hello and the five star service continued in every area of the hotel until we checked out on Sunday. The food was quick to arrive, extremely tasty and very high quality and the signature cocktails were fresh, tasty and unique! Each and every staff member we had the pleasure of coming across during our stay were professional, extremely friendly and nothing was a problem. As someone who has worked in the Customer Care area for years at this stage, your staff are a credit to the hotel and if anyone was looking to teach their staff a thing or two about Customer Service and Care they could learn an awful lot from the Faithlegg staff. Thank you for such an enjoyable weekend, we will be recommending your hotel to everyone we know.

We have had a most enjoyable stay at Faithlegg. We came here to celebrate my husband's birthday. Our room was very comfortable, one tiny thing we noted, was we could not keep the old sash windows open for fresh air. The dining experience was made So very memorable for both breakfast and Dinner by the most pleasant, funny, entertaining and professional host named Jovan from Italy or Greenland ( our joke with him). He was so pleasant, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. He actually made our stay at Faithlegg so much more enjoyable!!!. Keep him!! He is a huge asset to the hotel. Domnic was also very pleasant in the dining room.Engaging with clientele is so very important to the success of a hotel. The customer needs to feel that the staff are happy in their work and want to be there. Such was the case we found with Jovan. Thank you Jovan!! We loved the cocktail bar, its cosiness and decor. Unfortunately on our second night it was taken over by a rather loud crowd on a session.... but overall a great stay in spite of that.. We are happy to recommend a stay here. The two night, dinner package was ideal.

Lovely hotel and outside surroundings. Over priced food in the restaurant. Bar food is a better option. Staff very helpful.

Incredible hotel with great service, amazing views and lovely food. All staff were so helpful and friendly and the restaurant and cocktails were amazing and good value for money. This is by far our new favorite getaway! Highly recommend

We had a fabulous stay at Faithlegg hotel. We took advantage of the winter warmer package which was excellent value, dinner both nights was top quality and delicious featuring local produce and extensive choice. Service by Jack and the team at breakfast and dinner was efficient and excellent. Room 209 was enormous and very comfortable with a true (American size) king bed, and spectacular treetops views of the hotel grounds. Bathroom was all marble with very nice toiletries, and curtains throughout hotel were very luxurious and high quality. Common areas in the hotel were handsomely appointed and the grounds were impressive but unfortunately it rained so we couldn’t explore them.

Like where do I start, what an amazing venue, beautifully manicured lawns, ample parking, friendly and attentive staff, unbelievable food, carefully prepared cocktails all in a setting where the old meets new world in a manner that seamlessly compliments each other, definitely will be back ❤️

I booked a stay to celebrate my dad’s retirement, and the team went above and beyond — upgrading us and creating a beautiful dessert to mark the occasion. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail made the day incredibly special. Since then, my dad has passed, and it is a great memory with him. Faithlegg is a beautiful hotel with an exceptional team who create memories that last a lifetime. Thank you so much.

Myself and my partner booked in to stay for one night with the 1 Night Retreat package, including a 30 minute spa treatment, a 4 course meal in the restaurant, a complimentary cocktail and breakfast the next morning and all I can say is wow! Upon arrival the receptionists were so lovely checking us in, we stayed on the ground floor in a classic double room. This room was super spacious and included a bath (a fab treat for the post massage muscles!) We went straight down to the spa where we were greeted by two very friendly ladies, both myself and my partner were getting back massages included in our package and to say we were so relaxed afterwards would be the understatement of the century. The two girls were so professional and amazing at delivering top notch customer service as well as sensational massages! We went into the thermal suites afterwards sampling the jacuzzi and sauna- there was also an ice bucket shower, a steam room and a swimming pool which we didn’t try but all looked clean and kept in top condition. Following our spa trip we were booked in for our four course meal in the Roseville Rooms Restaurant. The servers and host on duty this night (Sunday 7th) were friendly, helpful and professional. We felt extremely cared for and the food was to die for. The staff also found out it was our anniversary that day and sent out an adorable gesture at dessert, it truly was amazing to see them go the extra mile without being told by either of us (we have a theory that the lovely ladies in the spa may have called up and let the restaurant staff know it was our anniversary or our super friendly server may have overheard us talking about it! Either is just above and beyond in customer service!) We had our complimentary cocktail in the new 1783 Cocktail bar afterwards, it was a little quiter in this bar compared to the restaurant but it was lovely nonetheless. The decor and drinks were fab in here. Following a phenomenal night of sleep (truly the beds and pillows were so clean and comfortable) we were served breakfast in the same Roseville Rooms restaurant as the night prior. This food was also lovely and we had breakfast with a view out into the back gardens. Overall, we loved our stay entirely and have decided we will be making it our annual anniversary trip going forward ☺️ Thank you to the amazing staff in the restaurant and spa especially for the night of the 7th!
