Was here for a few hours just reading. The food was good enough and same for the coffee. The staff were very friendly and atmosphere cozy.

Food menu fairly restrictive. Presentation average halloumi cheese over- grilled/fried, Nachos cheese not great. Burgers average. Good location and service was good. Menu needs to be tidied up and a few other options required.

Very large portions and enjoyable meals for a good price :) Great for a quick weekend brunch. The interior doesn't look that great, it looks a bit old / due for a renovation. It makes you feel like the kitchen might not be so clean..

First impressions were rather mixed. Several tables had already paid but remained seated, keeping other guests waiting for no valid reason. Once we were finally seated, however, we thoroughly enjoyed the sunshine on the outdoor patio. The service was polite, albeit more reactive than proactive. Our food arrived within ten minutes—a very reasonable wait time given how busy it was. The burgers were delicious, particularly the John Deere and the Butty’s Brunch. The kids' burger, on the other hand, was a little dry. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.

22/08/2026: An amazing Pub with a crisp vibe and great staff, same reflected in their Pints and food . Had Guinness , Fried Scampi and Battered Cod . All three things were grand . The servers were so polite and responsive , checking in everything couple of minutes . Will be returning back soon .
20/08/2026: Very cosy friendly pub with a good quality food menu, a bit limited but what they do, they do really well and the ambiance and cosieness make up on top of that. The food is of a very high standard with particular attention to presentation, selection and quality. On a recent visit I had baked cod and chips with salad of rocket, tomato, onion, cucumber, peppers, lemon, tartar sauce and deep fried scampi thrown in for good measure. I've had this meal several times, fantastic value best in the general area at €16.50 as shown. The bar manager and staff particularly attentive and helpful and efficient. Frequently quiet and relaxing, expect it to be maybe busy Friday afternoon / evening with customers coming home from work.
