All the food and cocktails we had were very delicious but the ambiance is a little claustrophobic. Especially if you are in a big group, it's impossible to hear each other, wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a place to have a conversation.

Farrier & Draper in Dublin – where the décor screams "I’ve seen Pinterest", and the food politely whispers "I tried my best." The service is like a game of hide-and-seek, and the atmosphere is about as lively as a tax form. It's fine, I suppose, if you’re not expecting your taste buds to be wowed or your patience to be tested. Great for people who enjoy slightly fancier mediocrity with a side of ‘meh’.

Amazing food but shockingly forgetful service that didn't know drinks menu and had to be repeatedly corrected on food orders.
If you are looking for great food, and patient, a good spot.

Went here a couple of weeks with some friends. Wanted to say that we received amazing service from the bartender Michaela, she was lovely and made some great cocktails, we loved the Pink Satin. Highly recommend

Pretty good spots for drink. 2 for 16 cocktails on all the cocktails. The drinks were pretty good. Can't complain for the price. Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be back

Farrier Draper is a Kingdom located on the middle of South William Street to the left of the stairway entrance to powers court shopping centre, from the moment you walk in you are greeted with a warm smile from the hostess who walks you in and gives you the option to sit anywhere you like. Now we did walk upstairs and wanted to sit in the gallery room as my husband wanted to admire all the fabulous art work on the walls but there was a cocktail master class booked in that day that looked great fun and will definitely be trying to book for next time.
As we walked through the main dining area we asked the waiter at the end of the room what was downstairs and he explained as he brought us down to their secret speak easy area called the la cuisine. Now this room was breath taking, so cosy and romantic we were in awe as he sat down right by the kitchen that is also half a bar and just spent the whole night talking to the amazing chef and the bartender.
Drink service was super fast the bar tender in the la cuisine was only staring to set up the bar when we arrived but in no time he made us the delicious spice bag margarita and the limoncello mojito. Spice bag margarita super spicy be aware!
We paired our delicious drinks with Ceviche and Quesadilla for starters. The Ceviche was nice not amazing but enjoyable might be a bit oily for some but was no issue for me. But my husbands Quesadilla wow this was so beautiful and full of flavour I haven't seen my man enjoy food like this in a long time.
For our main course we went with the Blackened Salmon and the Jambalaya. Now this Salmon was Spectacular the mushy black beans was delicious and the salmon was perfect with a lovely smokey Caribbean style crisp crust. My husbands Jambalaya was humongous definitely a dish for a big man or family of 3 but this man didn't even slow down once once he stared eating he didn't speak or look up to me it was something out of man vs food. The prawns, the chicken, the ham it with was a meat eaters paradise.
Huge thank you top the waiter Iker I believe was his name for showing us to the La Cuisine was the highlight of our trip to Dublin for sure.
