Fig Tree Restaurant in Newmarket on fergus

Very very good good and very nice staff! Highly recommend.

Easily made a dinner reservation online and were seated quickly. The space is quite cozy and beautiful, with views of the golf course. Service was a bit on the slow side, but we were not in any hurry so enjoyed the view and company. We had the fish and chips, salmon filet and soup of the day. Everything was served hot and delicious, and they even surprised our guest with a birthday dessert. We did not stay at Dromoland, but if you do, The Fig Tree is a great spot to enjoy a wonderful meal and cocktail.

Unbelievable place on grounds of the castle and then you can walk to the castle and work off the meal.

Great food and our server Nat was amazing and so helpful.

Gorgeous breakfast and service was wonderful. Greeted by two young ladies who were welcoming, friendly and so professional... Always a great experience. Thank you 🥰
