Stopped by this coffee shop this morning for a cortado and something to go — and wow! The cortado was absolute perfection, and the almond croissant was just as impressive. To top it off, they were playing Radiohead, which gave the place such a great vibe. Highly recommend if you’re looking for fantastic coffee and fresh-baked goods!

Great coffe, they had two roasts a dark and a medium. We had a flat white and one Americano, really enjoyed it. Nice small specialty coffee shop.

I finally found the coffee I've been looking for for months in Cork. I had given up on finding it. This will be your place to have specialty coffee in Cork, with different aromas and sensory experiences. If you're a dedicated coffee lover, give it a try. Ethan, the server, served us very well and recommended the best brewing method for the coffee I chose. I should also add a detail that not everyone notices, but I, who am always looking for places to have coffee, noticed: he rinsed the filter with water beforehand to remove the residual taste of the paper filter. It's a basic thing, but many places don't do it. For those of you looking, they serve V60, Aeropress, French Press, and Clever. However, I recommend trying this one and their other coffee shop as well, because the space is small and there's only one server. This didn't hinder the service at all, as while he was making my coffee, he prepared other espressos very quickly.

I should also mention a small detail that not everyone notices, but as someone who’s always looking for great coffee spots, I did — he rinsed the paper filter with hot water first to remove any residual taste. It’s such a basic step, yet so many places skip it.
For those wondering, they serve coffee using V60, Aeropress, French Press, and Clever. I’d also recommend trying their other café as well, since this one is quite small with only one barista working. That being said, it didn't affect the service at all — while preparing my coffee, he also made other espressos with impressive speed.
