Great coffe, they had two roasts a dark and a medium. We had a flat white and one Americano, really enjoyed it. Nice small specialty coffee shop.

I finally found the café I'd been searching for for months in Cork. I'd given up on finding it. This will be your place to enjoy specialty coffee in Cork, with different aromas and sensorialities. If you're a coffee lover, give it a try. Ethan, the bartender, served us very well and recommended the best method for the coffee I chose. I should also add, a detail not everyone notices, but I, who's always looking for places to drink coffee, noticed: he scalded the filter with water first to remove the residual taste from the paper filter. It's a basic thing, but not many places do. For those of you looking, they serve V60, Aeropress, French Press, and Clever. However, I recommend trying this and their other café as well, as the space is small and there's only one bartender. This didn't hinder the service at all, as while he made my coffee, he quickly prepared other espressos. I finally found the café I've been looking for for months here in Cork. It’s such a basic step, yet so many places skip it. For those wondering, they serve coffee using V60, Aeropress, French Press, and Clever. I’d also recommend trying their other café as well, since this one is quite small with only one barista working. That being said, it didn't affect the service at all — while preparing my coffee, he also made other espressos with impressive speed.

I have to say I enjoy the coffee quality but I feel the staff don’t interact in a friendly manner with you unless you become a regular, noticed this a few times 🥲
