Finnegans in Dublin

The atmosphere at this pub in the coastal town was perfect. The food was delicious. The fish and chips are a must have. I am not normally a fish connoisseur but considering it now. The chips (fries) were perfect. We'll have to come again!

Great pub with a great atmosphere and excellent service

Had a lovely lunch with local friends. Enjoyed the baked cottage pie with a glass of Glenmorangie. Staff is friendly and the restaurant is located around the corner of the DART on such a cute and charming street.

I'm sorry some of the reviews have pointed out rude waitstaff. From the moment we walked in the door, this was NOT our experience. We met the owner of the pub and learned more about his father who died, but they still lovingly had a picture of him at the bar. It was very interesting to learn about the history of the establishment. We enjoyed our drinks and the camaraderie we shared with local patrons. My husband had so much fun with his new friends that my daughter had to drag him to our restaurant (recommended by our new friends) down the street for our reservation. What a perfect place to experience a lively Irish atmosphere with friendly people!
