Fishtail Nepalese and Indian in Dublin

Thamel is such a gem! The value for money here is absolutely incredible. I’ve tried both dine-in and takeout and both experiences were excellent. The Sherpali Chicken deserves a special mention – hands down one of the best takeout dishes I’ve ever had, perfectly balanced with sweet and spicy flavors. Portion sizes are generous, prices are very fair, and the food is consistently delicious. Highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic Indian/Nepalese flavors at great value.

This is by far the best Nepalese Restaurant in Dublin. Was in town for a short stay and Thamel was the best part of it. Definitely try the Mo:Mo when you're there !!!

Absolutely excellent food. While some may say it's just another "Indian" restaurant it really isn't. It was our first time trying Nepalese food and it didn't disappoint. Everything from the Bhaji starters to the Sherpali Chicken were amazing. They had a dept of flavour that lingered long after the meal was over and left us craving another visit to Thamel. There's a reason Thamel Restaurant is one of the most popular take aways in the area, we'll definitely be back!

The Thamel Thali chicken which is a traditional Nepalese dish must be tasted. The peshawari naan breads were the tastiest ever and so soft!

I eat here regularly and I am constantly impressed with the quality of food for the price. It is always freshly made and delicious. The staff are so kind and no request is too big. They take allergen concerns very seriously and do their humanly best to make food safe for their customers. They made a great dish for my vegetarian friend who is allergic to eggs, lentils and nuts. This is one of my go to restaurants!

Always 5 star the food is without a doubt the nicest outside of Indian/Nepal I have ever tasted and I have been to both countries a number of times. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. The ambience is very nice and gentle. I would highly recommend I'm on my way there now. Jane
