One of the best meals I’ve had in Dublin! The ambiance is warm, cozy, and inviting, and the staff are incredibly polite and friendly. If you’re craving delicious Indian or Nepalese food, Thamel is definitely the place to go!

AMAZING. Food is as good as I have ever had from the sub continent. Nepalese food to die for. Superb Indian dishes also. The Naan breads are absolutely perfect. Great service and excellent value. Love this restaurant.

Thamel is such a gem! The value for money here is absolutely incredible. I’ve tried both dine-in and takeout and both experiences were excellent. The Sherpali Chicken deserves a special mention – hands down one of the best takeout dishes I’ve ever had, perfectly balanced with sweet and spicy flavors. Portion sizes are generous, prices are very fair, and the food is consistently delicious. Highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic Indian/Nepalese flavors at great value.

30/10/2025: The pancake was the most delicious one I’ve ever had! It was so soft — like biting into a cloud — and every piece was full of flavour. Honestly, what was that? OMG, I loved it! The staff were also incredibly friendly, and I felt completely at home 🥹
