Love the variety of different treats and cakes that they have available in this shop, it’s hard not to pick up one of everything. The cheesecakes are gorgeous and it’s great that you can order coffee for takeaway aswell.

Couldn't believe I've lived in Cork for 35 years and never set foot in this place. Unbelievable food, set up, layout, and atmosphere for Christmas. Immaculate place, with an old-fashioned/sleek style. 5/5.

08/05/2025: Just hosted my 80th birthday at this remarkable gem. Valerie was wonderful to work with. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I had some, shall I say, a few unique requests and Valerie said “of course” yes, we can do that. My guests were impressed with the whole evening. The food, the wine, the vibe, the atmosphere were exactly what I was looking for as I celebrated a momentous and significant milestone in my life. Thank you Valerie to you and your staff for a memorable evening. Cay Cooney, USA!

The Olive Garden

30/05/2025: A group of three of us on a day out from Kerry. Asked people on the street where they would recommend. A fantastic choice, great selection of food, lovely staff and great banter, highly recommended Food Capers, will go back next time we are in the area. Set our day off to a mighty start. Thank you.
