Room was a good size and bathroom freshly refurbished was top class. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay. The only issue is that the carpark is very small so I had to park in the glen carpark one night.

Absolutely perfect hotel..the staff very friendly check in smooth..rooms warm and welcoming fantastic shower.and we had no problem with parkjng we stayed for 2 nights and is in a fantastic location.

29/06/2025: Delightful place... I had a really good Reuben Sandwich! I didn't know you can get that in Ireland... But man it was good! Staff were friendly and my iced caramel latte also hit the spot!
06/05/2025: For someone who’s picky about their food I can say they serve genuinely amazing and tasty food. I haven’t gotten a chance to bring my pup in but it’s nice to know I can 🥹 really recommend

20/05/2025: One of the nicest cafes in Waterford with an excellent location in the corner of the People's Park. A great destination, especially in the sunshine outside.
