Hotel has kind and welcoming staff. Very comfortanle location, near to the centre of waterford.

Room was a good size and bathroom freshly refurbished was top class. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay. The only issue is that the carpark is very small so I had to park in the glen carpark one night.

Absolutely perfect hotel..the staff very friendly check in smooth..rooms warm and welcoming fantastic shower.and we had no problem with parkjng we stayed for 2 nights and is in a fantastic location.

20/04/2025: Food was delicious- cooked fresh and quality ingredients (this wasn’t frozen crap!) Staff are lovely and the aesthetics make for a comfortable lovely lunch. Would go again.
