Flipside in Sligo

We didn’t know Sligo at all, and when we saw that the restaurant was busy, we thought, “It must be good!” We never imagined it would be this wonderful! We were warmly welcomed by the manager, who was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. All the waiters were also fantastic, kind and attentive. And the burger… honestly, the best burger we have ever had in Ireland! We live in Dublin and have never tasted anything quite like it. We absolutely loved everything and made sure to tell the team how impressed we were. Congratulations to everyone involved. You’re doing an amazing job! We will definitely be back!

Very friendly on a busy Friday night!

Casual burger joint with house made fries and onion rings, chicken wings and shakes. All the burgers are cooked well done - probably for food safety? - but ours were a bit overdone so they were rather dry. Onion rings are delicious- thin crisp breading. Very friendly staff and excellent service.

Best burger and mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had! (And I’m from the land of burgers and hot dogs. Who knew the best burger of my life as an American would be in Ireland) Everything was made fresh and it made all the difference. The flavors mixed together really well and the rosemary fries were a great change of pace. Flipside has a great atmosphere and friendly and speedy staff. Can’t recommend enough.

Amazing burgers, rosemary fries are the bomb. Great vibe and service top level. My 5 y.o son won a bet against the boss: eat the whole burger, you get an ice cream ! 😄

Paddy and the crew at flip side are so amazing, definitely recommend 110% Also get the cheese sticks with the Korean sauce 🤤

Great restaurant, very popular, we had no reservation and as it was busy we had to come back 45mins later, so we went to a nearby pub for a drink .Lovely selection of beef and chicken burgers, chips, sides, beer and wine and everything was tasty. Staff were lovely and very friendly. Reasonably priced.
