We had a lovely Sunday lunch, it was warm and cozy in the restaurant. The Irish stew and Roast dinner were both excellent. It was overall a nice experience. The food was hot and the Chef even came out to say hello! We will recommend to our Irish family and friends. Definitely a stop on our next visit.
We had a fabulous evening here by the log fire, the Irish stew was amazing with the best mash and buttery cabbage, my husband had an astonishing mixed ploughman’s with warm home-made bread! we will be returning at Xmas for sure. So glad we can holiday here now with a great place to eat. Wonderful service too especially from Fiona.
We ended up in Insmore for a not happy circumstance and yet Foley's was so good that we managed to pass a good night.
The menu has many interesting hearty options to the point that I wished the restaurant was closer to where we live.
The selection of wines is one of the largest I have seen in a pub/restaurant in Ireland.
The food was very enjoyable.
Service was nice.
The area where we were sitting was extremely quiet. Maybe even too quiet but it's also true that we got in only a few minutes before the kitchen closed.
