Dropped in on an awful wet day. Staff were great - we had a fabulous coffee and walnut cake with our cuppa. Brought a smile back to our faces despite the wet weather. Great little shop - worth a visit.

A super shop full of local crafts, plus a cafe. Lovely staff. Went to buy a present for friends, and it was the only shop in the area that had full stock of Annabel Langrish's placemats of the seabird design I was after. Goal accomplished in one quick visit with lovely service, my purchase gift-wrapped as well. You can get a gift of any size and kind in there, from earrings to furniture. Highly recommended.

The cutest shop with an amazing selection of Irish made creations. The little coffee area is a great addition. It is very easy to get in and out of the shop with a buggy.

Beautiful Irish hand crafted products. Needed a local gift for a coworker in Hong Kong and this place had loads of options! Also, open for coffee on Sunday morning- it’s a must visit and not just for visitors!

Beautiful shop with lots of Irish designer craft, pottery, jewellery, clothes and art. Also a coffee bar called Piccolo at the back serving 3fe coffee, which was delightful surprise!

Bantry House

09/10/2024: Wow, I wish I had the euros to buy and maintain this stunning place. Perhaps I could afford a night or two next time I'm down this way. The interior of the house is fabulous and the outside surrounds and view are to die for. Be sure to check out the horses heads in the stables (just below the top windows). Also make sure you climb the 100 steps (didn't count them but that's what they are called). The views from the top are superb. All in all well worth the adventure all round. A must see.
04/10/2024: Stunning views, tearoom with delicious brownies which feel like they contain 90 percent chocolate, delicious teas and coffee. The gardens are also worth a visit and offer breathtaking views over bantry bay. Good place to spend some time. Also the house is worth a visit and shows the history of West Cork and the family of the Earl's of Bantry Family White
