Franzini O'Briens in Trim

This is easily one of the best ribeye steaks I’ve had — incredibly tender and cooked perfectly. The portions are generous and everything had great flavour. The broccoli was a real surprise — not bland or over-steamed like you often get, but really tasty and well cooked. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the bathrooms were spotless (with proper paper towels, which is always appreciated). Overall I was really impressed and will definitely return next time I’m in Trim.

Really amazing food and service. I dont generally eat vegatables, but I even ate the broccoli which was prepared in a unique way and it was absolutely delicious. I couldn't fault anything. I can highly recommend this restaurant. Well worth treating yourself to a meal here.

I couldnt say enough good things about this restaurant. Stylish, friendly and my food was 10/10. Whether with family, on business, date night or solo like me, this place delivers. Loved my anti pasta starter and steak main course. Shout out the staff who were fabulous

Lovely food, super people working there.

Last time we were in Flambé the menu was different. This time there was a very strong Italian influence to the menu but all the meat favourites were still there. We had the bruschetta and calamari for starters both were delicious and plentiful. For mains we had the aribiatta and the risotto with chicken. Both excellent. The aribiatta is spicy spicy but I like that. The cocktails were gorgeous very modern and up to date, all evening the cocktail shaker was going. Staff were excellent and it was busy but they were great. I highly recommend flambé David and Kabhir

Went on New Year’s Eve and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Service was fantastic, food was lovely (mushroom pizza is great), and cocktails were tasty. In addition, the staff were attentive, friendly, and warm.

Met up with a group for some celebrations, everyone had something different from their extensive menu. The food was exceptional. Everyone of us raved about our meals. Staff where really pleasant and attentive, will most definitely be back.
