myself and my partner went in over the weekend, had an absolutely fabulous meal and beautiful cocktails😊the waitresses were fantastic couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend giving it a try. Only fault i could give is the music is slightly loud but other than that the place is wonderful

Had a little birthday lunch for my mother with ten of us, place is very nice and the food was good, credit to the staff the girls where all great :) thanks for the desert and candle 😁

My wife and I booked for a date night out. We had a wonderful evening here. The service was great and food was simply excellent. The restaurant owner was great fun and very engaging. We had heard about the pizza oven in particular as apparently it is a speciailty oven and only one of three in the country. The pizza was one of the best restaurant pizzas I have tasted. It is quite special these days to come aways with a sense of value in restaurants because of the costs of everything they have to deal with. We came away feeling we had had a good value and lovely night out. Hope they start doing take out with those pizzas!

Myself, my husband and our dog Archie went for a walk around Trim Castle and stopped to eat in Flambé. Went ate outside because we had Archie with us. The whole dining experience was lovely. Service, food and seating were great. They even brought out a breast of chicken for Archie which I thought was so nice. Friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Service was quick and food was lovely. Will definitely be back

I visited with family and we love this restaurant, outdoor seating, nice views and gorgeous food, relaxing atmosphere. They also do amazing fresh Stonebaked Pizza 🍕 the staff are friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend and will 100% be back soon

Perfect pizza and perfect service

We had a lovely dinner at Flambé the food was excellent, probably the best seafood outside the Mediterranean. Five stars.

We were here last Thursday in a group of 4. 2 of our group had special needs . Everyone really enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere and the staff were amazing. Highly recomend everything . Portions were huge and delicious . Thank you
