Just stopped for a tea .and the place is rocking ๐Ÿ˜Ž the food looks beautiful presented on top of the counter .the staff are all happy and doing a great job..wil be back definitely..welldone

Everything about this place is worthy of a 4/5 star rating, the home made lasagna i had ordered was very delicious and well made, wait times were more than reasonable. My only issue is the portion size, being well below average and much smaller than I had expected for the price i was paying.

The basics are good, toasties, sandwiches, chips and pastries. The place gets super busy which does force the team to move fast and keep every table turning. I get it. They were nothing but nice to me on many visits. My food was good (mostly sandwiches)but I did not have the full hot meals so canโ€™t comment on them. I will go again

However, I would also like to share a suggestion. It might be beneficial to have a more balanced team, including more male staff members. On some occasions, I have noticed that certain employees seem unmotivated or in a bad mood, which can affect the quality of customer service. I believe excellent customer service is one of the most important parts of the Starbucks experience, and I hope this feedback can be helpful. Thank you for your attention.
