Galo Chargrill in Enniscorthy

This is a hidden gem. We were in Enniscorthy on other business and we asked the chap we were dealing with to recommend a nice restaurant and it did not dissapoint. The decor was really charming and the food was top notch. We shared a starter and we had a main course each. Its very rare to get all this for under €50, All in all i would give a 10 out of 10. Give them a try if youre in the area.

Food was absolutely delicious and on a level I wouldn't have expected from a small-town establishment. Restaurant was consequently busy and we were lucky to get a table without reservation (Sat 5.30pm). Our sides were forgotten but arrived swiftly after we pointed it out. Only "criticism" is lots of hidden pork in dishes where you wouldn't expect it (e.g. spicy wedges, chicken skewer). Would be nice for people with dietary restrictions to highlight that on the menu. Other than that absolutely fab!

Nice place to eat out in Enniscorthy. Cool atmosphere and decoration. Attentive and friendly staff serving amazing food. Chargrilled chicken was really nicely tempered and the spicy rice was super as a side.

A cozy and charming place with a unique atmosphere. Being here feels like a little getaway from everyday life — warm, inviting, full of character, serving delicious food and offering a great selection of wines for every taste.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere, staff very friendly and helpful, food very tasty, wine was perfect 👌, really nice experience for Lunch. Can't wait to go back for the evening menu. 5 stars
