I would have given this establishment a far better raring only for the fact I ordered a pinot grigio wine,and I didn't realise until I studied the bottle it was from Moldova and was only 10%. I have nothing against Moldovan wine,but it should be priced accordingly. Talk about pulling a fast one. I don't buy in to that. Very disappointing 😞 😕

Best option in heuston station, could do with a bit of a makeover. Ps had carvery lunch lately, was excellent, good portions and quality.

Lovely to be greeted by smiling staff in the main part where the food is served, from the lady serving the food, to the front of house who explained the breakfast options to me and the toilets were spotless. Well done to management and staff for making it a very welcoming experience.

Ok breakfast cost 12.95. poor quality food and extremely salty. Ok but by no means a quality experience. The only thing it has is the convenience to the train station as there are no other places close

Perfect place to meet friends or family before atrain journey. Full Irish breakfast was very nice, you can request what you want. Full lunch menu also avaliable. Full bar service available

Good hearty meals. All staff i dealt with were friendly. Came in with my sister for lunch before our train, and you just cant beat it (or the portion sizes). Leaving completely stuffed and content. Always a good spot.

04/07/2026: This is a review of 2 separate visits, 6 years apart. In 2020, Alfie's served creme brulee. It is still the absolute best I ever had. It somehow had like a 1 inch sugar crust but the rest of the custard was still creamy and smooth and cool. As for the rest, food is above average, drinks are good and well priced, and the vibe is very chill. Even 6 years apart, aside from no more creme brulee, Alfie's is still a hit with my wife and myself.
01/07/2026: We came to dinner the fajitas were good, but the waiters could be more attentive. We had to ask for napkins two or three times.
