09/12/2024: People were really nice but food was not great - goujons were tasty but tough, and the temperature of the oil the fries were cooked in was clearly not high enough because they were soggy and disgusting

04/12/2024: Great welcome upon entering. Facilitated an early entry to the room and the room was immediately warmed up to a comfortable temperature
