Lovely staff and ambience, portion is nice too but food wasn't the best. For some reason the steak smelled and tasted very odd. Please discuss with staff about the menu before ordering to avoid disappointment.

Gastro 101 is a really good restaurant that does a variety of popular dishes. The food is good, the staff are genuine and service is excellent. The atmosphere is good and even when busy it's not overly noisy. I have been a few times and will go again. Prices are average, so you won't break the bank having a meal and a few drinks. On my visit today, I ordered the fillet steak and in my opinion, it was the best fillet steak I had in years, cooked to absolute perfection. My rating has gone up to 5 stars.

We went here for Mother’s Day and was pleasantly surprised. Lovely decor & nice food the winning dish for me was the spicy nduja pasta it was very flavourful and a good size portion the only thing I will say was it contained bacon which I love but it was more like lardons and they were just chewy and fatty, but overall a very tasty dish!

We went to Gastro 101 Grill in Leixlip. Quality of service and food was amazing. From the unique cocktail menu to reasonably price food. Would definitely be going back.

Got nachos (so good) to share 2 mains 4 cocktails and 2 cokes , everything we got was lovely , wasn’t too busy so we got so sit in one of the booths which is always a good thing ,the service was fast and friendly honestly couldn’t fault it! Would come back

Lawlors

28/03/2024: Have just spent an overnight in lawlors and to say it was a truly fantastic experience is an understatement... From our arrival to our departure the staff were wonderful,friendly and so helpful, the room was delightful so fresh and clean the bed so comfortable the bars and there are a few of them were great so well laid out. The restaurant where we had our evening meal was a true pleasure from starter to main to dessert all perfect could not fault in any way..I was so happy we chose Lawlors as it was for a birthday and the 4 of us all felt the same when leaving we will be back soon.. a special note had the pleasure to meet shona a manager there and to talk to her and see the passion she has for her job was wonderful to see in a person so young. Delightful we shall be back....and soon..
