Geary's Bar in Rathluirc (or charleville)

Love this pub. Portions have got smaller ,fine for me but a man would have been starving if they ordered the goujons were tiny

What can I say about Geary’s. If you’re in the area call in. My partner and myself called in hoping to grab a bite to eat and a drink…. Or 2 and what an enjoyable experience. The food was outstanding. (Steak sandwich to die for ). All the staff were really helpful, polite and so friendly. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Absolute gem in Charleville. We were passing through as tourists from the U.K. The staff were so warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Authentically Irish and full of character. It was pouring with rain outside and it was so cosy and warm in there pub/restaurant. The food was delicious, piping hot and my partner also enjoyed his Guinness. Thanks so much! Would recommend.

It’s rare these days to come across the kind of genuine, customer centred service you find here. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the pints are mighty. A huge thank you to all the crew for such a wonderful time.

A great local place to sip a pint quietly or hanging with the lads

Absolutely had the best experience here. Food was great and we were really well looked after. Kids menu is very good.

Amazing place for food and the nicest ppl ever ....staying in charleville and had looked up places to eat. We knew here looked great but wow....100% recommend
