Wonderful place, good pizza, cold beer and friendly people. What else can you ask for!

I went here for tea on my own. The other patrons were very friendly. I was given the menu which was around 5 different types of pizza or chicken goujons; quite limited but this is a small bar so that’s to be expected. When the food arrived the portion was generous and delicious. To say I was there at teatime the atmosphere was excellent. If you want a genuine pub experience then Giltraps is the place to be

Me and my wife popped in here on a Saturday Afternoon after a walk down from the castle and had a brilliant lunch and a few pints while watching a match will definitely be returning again
