19/01/2025: Update: The review below was given a long while ago. In the meantime, the store has gotten much better, so, to be just, updating the amount of stars given to reflect the improvements as well (from 1* to 4*). Original review with 1 star: The store manager should NOT be a customer facing store manager!! We got coffee and some treats but no napkins. I went to ask for some, she proceeded to do what she was doing (which is fine), then went on to checkout all remaining customers in the queue. I then had to ask for more napkins again, to which she made a face like I was asking for a free slice of cake and handed me about 50 of them! It would've been polite to just hand me a few as soon as possible, but again, not everybody is good dealing with customers. Basic politeness as a store manager is a must, I'd say. Giving it a bad review, as we've been there a couple of times. Even though food and coffee is usually good, employees not so much. It's a new store and I do understand that it requires training and time to set everything up, but waiting over 5min+ to be able to order or getting different things every time whilst ordering the same and the store manager treatment today, makes this, unfortunately, the worst Costa I've been to.
