07/07/2026: Visited Bistro 53 Maynooth and the food genuinely blew us away. The sea bass was perfectly cooked with crispy skin, served on a beautiful risotto with a vibrant pesto sauce, absolutely stunning. The crispy pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth with a rich glossy sauce and creamy mash, just incredible. Both mains were easily 10/10. Desserts kept up the same standard, the tiramisu was classic and indulgent, beautifully presented with a coffee drizzle, and the sticky toffee pudding was warm, gooey, and sinfully good with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Could not fault either. The atmosphere is decent and comfortable enough. Service was a little slow to get going at the start but the staff really came into their stride as the time went on and were genuinely lovely by the end. Overall a brilliant dining experience, the food alone makes it absolutely worth a visit. Will definitely be back!

05/07/2026: We came yesterday the food was amazing! My partner and son we all had starters, mains, shared desert and each course was impeccable. The Aranchini is beautiful, I had the tagliatelle with mushroom sauce and chicken probably one of my favorite dishes here along with there steak. Mihai hope his name is spelled right. Is lovely very professional with a warm and attentive manner. All the staff are very pleasant and professional. Compliments to the chef for the fab food yesterday.

12/07/2026: Great pub in Kildare town. Called in for some food and it was very good. The staff were very attentive and friendly, they chatted to all the customers making them feel right at home. There is plenty of space in the pub and it had a great atmosphere.

28/07/2026: I had a great experience at Zambrero Maynooth. The food was fresh, delicious, and served really quickly. A special thanks to Emma and Ciara, who were both so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and their positive attitude made the visit even better. Excellent customer service, great food, and a lovely atmosphere. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend Zambrero Maynooth to anyone looking for a tasty meal with fantastic service. This is the best Zambrero I've ever been to!

22/07/2026: Had the Surf and Turf for Dinner. Service was good. Wine was a good recommendation for the meal. Shrimp tasted great and perfect temperature. However the steak lacked taste, it was cooked perfectly (medium rare) but a bit cool upon delivery. Mashed potatoes also cool on delivery. This could have been due to how busy they were. I would definitely try again.

17/07/2026: The best food in town! I was in Maynooth for a few days and I had some problems finding veg-friendly options... I found a place friendlier than I could ever hope for! Nidhi's cuisine is fantastic. I trusted her with all of the meals I had at the Beetroot café (that's because I didn't know what kind of food was behind the Indian names!) and I'd sincerely advise you to do the same. The place is so welcoming you end up feeling you're at someone's house. In the photos you can see a potato paratha, a dosa, and the last one is a paneer veg korma curry with hariyali pulav for takeaway (please correct me if I'm wrong). Even if you're in Dublin, it is worth it to take a train, enjoy a nice day in Maynooth and an even nicer meal at the Beetroot café!

15/07/2026: Worked on a building site near typo coffee for 5 weeks. Got coffee here most days. Genuinely some of the best cups of coffee I’ve ever had. The mochas are especially delightful. The staff are always in a good mood which lifts your mood.

28/07/2026: Delhi Darbar in Maynooth is a lovely place to sit in and enjoy a meal. The staff are really friendly and the food is delicious. I particularly love the Vindaloo they serve here, it is one of the best I’ve had in Ireland. Thanks!

17/07/2026: Absolutely horrendous. A total waste of money and a disappointing Friday night treat. Said I would try their takeaway for the first time. The food did not resemble anything like Indian cuisine. Had to throw it to the bin. Disgraceful

08/07/2026: We don't go out eating often, but the Stone Haven is second to none from the friendly service and professional friendly staff to the fantastic food we were served , I would highly recommend it's cost atmosphere is beautiful.i had the chicken stir fry main my wife Turkey and Ham , Beautiful , starter breaded mushrooms and wings highly recommend ,

16/07/2026: Great small plates - best calamari we've had for a long time, really tender. And the scallops were also great, plus the burrata. We were given helpful and knowledgeable adive on the wines, as you'd hope in a wine bar. All in all a very good dining experience

30/07/2026: Over priced food for what it is, bearly a full Irish for €16.50 is a bit rich, other cafes in the area are a €1 less but comes with extra food
