Food, as always, amazing. The fillet on the stone is smply delicious and tender. And if the soup of the day is mushroom go for it!

We had the steak served on a hot stone, which was delicious and very generously portioned. Furthermore, the service was excellent. However, the restaurant's cleanliness was somewhat lacking; there were cobwebs on the ceiling, the wallpaper was peeling significantly, and a lot of dust was clearly visible."

Cunninghams Bar Kildare

14/10/2026: Dropped in here for something to eat and every aspect of it was fantastic 👍🏻
02/10/2026: Cunningham's is right across the street from where we stayed at the Silken Thomas. Our large family was in town for a wedding and they did a beautiful job of accommodating a large group of us. We ate there twice. They have two different rooms with two completely different atmospheres. The first place that we ate was white tablecloth with wine glasses and candles. Very romantic and elevated. The second space they have is a pub atmosphere. Very comfortable and nice. It's the same menu for both places They were awesome.
