13/03/2024: I had an extremely unpleasant experience there and when I came here to complain about it, I found that the same thing had been repeated countless times with different people!
The person I believe to be the manager/owner of the place, a large pot-bellied man, was extremely rude and impolite to me, unlike all the waiters who were extremely friendly and polite! I don't know if he behaves like this with all customers or just with foreigners.
I certainly won't be coming back, and I think there are several places on the same street that offer much better service to tourists.
It's unfortunate how one person who is apparently in charge, who should be setting an example, can ruin the experience of the place.
13/03/2024: It's incredible how a restaurant with such a rude, ill-mannered, sexist and imbecilic owner or manager manages to operate here in Ireland, a place of kind and pleasant people. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone so they don't have to deal with a person as unpleasant as this man. It's unfortunate that there are still people like this serving customers.

04/04/2024: Availed of the delivery service which was prompt but the quality of the food was not what one would expect from Supermacs. I get that it wont be piping hot when being delivered but it was quite cold ( Im local in the town) and the quality of the burger and chips were sub par. Maybe eating in house is much better then again I might have got them on a bad day.

28/12/2023: I wouldn't recommend Romayo's. I ordered the Loaded Southern Style Chicken box, but when I opened it, there were more fries than anything else. The chicken was tiny, cut into small pieces to make it seem like there was more. It should be called "chips with an extra tiny bit of chicken." Definitely better to order fries and chicken separately.

29/03/2024: Always a good experience! the delivery driver Ovidiu is an absolute gentlemen and deserves to be praised. Food always arrives hot and is delicious. 100% recommend.
15/02/2024: It's dominos. Not really worth it unless there's a deal going on.
However, they got our very large order correct and ready on time. Staff service was good, even late in the evening on a busy night.
Food was all cooked properly and adjustments were correct.
Plenty parking.

04/04/2024: One of the best mcdonalds around. I tried plenty, but this one is special. Always food is tasty and well done. Enjoying it every time. The only problem is the bathroom is very stinky 🙄 😒

06/03/2024: Poor service rang for a takeaway at 19.00 and had not arrived by 20.30. rang to cancel and said order was at 19.30 depite getting confirmation at 19.00.
18/12/2023: Placed an order for a half and half wagon wheel pizza and somehow they managed to forget 2 toppings from one side and 1 topping from the other side.
Not the first time they've forgotten toppings on my pizza either... it's even more frustrating when you pay for extra toppings and then don't even get them.
Used to love this place but it has gone downhill. Pizzas often arrive fairly cold too.

28/11/2023: Amazingly delicious! While visiting from US, we decided to try this place and the food was just phenomenal. Authentic flavor. We got the spicy box which was yummy, spicy noodle box, veggie fried rice, veggie spring rolls, and the chicken sweet corn soup. All items were exceptionally prepared and tasted very delicious. Portions were generous as well and we could not eat everything.
I just wish they had the inside seating open as we were staying in a hotel and had to take the food back to our room. The food was well worth it though and the staff at the restaurant were super friendly and helped us navigate the menu.
Having read other reviews, I would suggest to go in to place an order and wait 10-15 mins. You will not regret it. We will be back for sure.
Highly recommend trying them for all your Chinese food cravings.

04/03/2024: Was met by a very rude lady at the till today who didn't carry herself with any sort of enthusiasm at all and had abysmal customer service in every regard. You cannot be the face of an establishment and uphold yourself to such poor standards. The food was subpar, something akin to what you'd get in secondary school cafeteria just with extortionist prices, on top of that I asked for some sauce packets to which I was told I had to pay 35c for each of them? I'm sorry but you cannot charge that much for a sauce packet especially when you are located on a college campus. Overall, if I could rate this place a zero I would. I won't be coming back and I'll be telling everyone to stay away.
