23/10/2024: Good food. It was very busy but we were served quickly after a slight delay in taking our order. 4 of us ate, we all enjoyed the meal and the prices are fair. Good place.

06/11/2024: I recently dined at Red Torch Ginger and left feeling quite disappointed. The food quality was below average, with portions that didn’t justify the cost. The wontons and spring rolls appeared to be frozen, then deep-fried, resulting in a lack of flavour and freshness, as shown in the photos. They were far from the quality I’d expect in a Thai restaurant. The Singapore noodles were the only dish worth mentioning—my daughter enjoyed them, and they were indeed tasty. But sadly, that was the only highlight of the meal. Service was acceptable but unremarkable, and the restaurant’s atmosphere was almost non-existent. The background music—a mix of pop artists like Harry Styles, Sam Smith, and Adele—felt entirely out of place, more distracting than anything else. Overall, Red Torch Ginger fell short of expectations, based on reviews and recommendations from others, and wasn’t worth it overall from a dining perspective. Certainly room for improvement in many areas.

04/11/2024: A very fine Thai fine-dine restaurant. Have been here a few times now and each time it was good. The ambiance is nice and the staff are very kind. The food is well made and served. Appreciate the vegan and vegetarian options too. Personally love the tom-yum soup and spring rolls. To note prices are on the costly side.

25/10/2024: Good North Indian style food at Delhi Darbar Maynooth, no other Indian restaurants are North Indian style in Maynooth. Ambience is great, service is good, food is tasty (but mindful of lots of oil - which I suggest to reduce). Prices have gone 20% up in last 1 year osr so, before then prices were quite reasonable.

20/10/2024: Had lovely meal with family tried a few different dishes

30/10/2024: Showers in ladies' changing rooms are disgusting, mould growing everywhere, very poor condition, need an urgent renovation.

28/10/2024: Rooms are not soundproof. You can hear snooring in next room. There were people partying in the room next to me half of the night the second night of my stay, so relaxing weekend turned into very unpleasant experience. For 4 stars hotel with price almost 200 per night this is very poor and cannot recommend.

11/11/2024: What a delight of an Italian restaurant! The place came highly recommended by 2 friends who are regulars there. In particular we heard great things about cocktails and pasta carbonara. The place has a nice warm atmosphere that welcomes you as soon as you enter. There's a nice feeling of a proper Italian trattoria. Staff is kind and very attentive. Menu very large and full of things that we were delighted to find as they are not that usual. As I was designated driver that night I opted for a mocktail and found it really really nice. A very nice warm bruschetta was my starter and I really enjoyed it. I am not sure whether they didn't add the anchovies that were supposed to be one of the toppings or they just melted in the mozzarella but the final result didn't suffer. I am told the prawns were delicious. When it came to the main, I preferred to opt for tagliatelle with mushrooms & gorgonzola as it's a combo that I really really love. They were very good and also a lot of food. Our friends were so nice that they allowed me to try the carbonara and I must say it is as enjoyable as they described it! I wish we managed to order also a dessert but by the end of the main we were all too full to have more food. Definitely a place we'll want to visit again.

03/11/2024: Food was okey but in my opinion was overpriced for that customer experience. You wait for your food really long time unless it's not a pizza ..

11/10/2024: Nice café with lovely food options. Also has number of options for some work. Not as comfortable to sit for a longer period and can get pretty noisy. Coffee nice. On the higher price level.
