Red Torch Ginger Maynooth in Maynooth

First time in Red Torch Ginger last night with 2 friends, it was a wonderful night, from the time we entered the restaurant, staff were so friendly and attentive all night, the place has a great vibe, extensive menu, the food was amazing, aromatic duck pancakes sharing platter to start, very tasty, large portions, penang prawn curry, steamed rice to follow, extremely tasty and very generous portions. Too full for dessert but friend got chocoloate orange cheesecake and we all tasted it, was delicious! The cocktails were amazing, also. We will definitely be coming back to this restaurant, I would highly recommend it!

The main courses (vegan yellow curry and vegan pad thai) were really good and it is great to have the vegetarian and vegan options so clearly labelled. Starters (samosas and spring rolls) were fine and desserts (brownie and cheesecake) were underwhelming. The restaurant is really nicely laid out but it is very warm. There were lots of staff on but they were very disorganised. We got service from five different staff members, had a drinks order forgotten and then the staff member giving us the bill was quite rude. It would be four stars with better service.

Gorgeous food but the service was very slow and our table for 12 wasn't ready when we arrived 5 mins early and wasn't ready for another 20 mins

Attended red torch ginger Maynooth with a party of 12 on 03/01/24. Excellent service. Very accommodating to different diet requirements. Cocktails superb. Food fantastic. Very friendly staff. Will be attending again.

Really nice Thai restaurant. Met some friends and we had dinner. Everything was eaten and while we were concerned about being placed outside, it was so well covered and heated you wouldn't know you were outside. They did add drinks to our receipt by mistake. It was quickly fixed but double check before paying. I don't doubt it was an honest mistake. Would recommend and will visit again myself.

Stephen ( I think his name was ) was very patient. Great recommendations on our starters and then brought out are mains quickly . All together very good service from the waiter.

Great food and ambience... really enjoyable evening

My family and I had a wonderful meal at Red Torch Ginger last weekend. The staff was very nice and attentive, and the food was delicious and close to real Thai cuisine. We ordered many times take out from them, but the restaurant offers a bigger variety of meals when you dine in. We enjoyed the crispy duck and the pad thai noodles. Everything was well seasoned and flavorful, and the portions were generous. We also liked the cozy atmosphere of the place, and the prices were reasonable. Red Torch Ginger is one of the best restaurants in Maynooth.
