Avenue in Maynooth

We had a wonderful meal here tonight, the burger was put of this world. Thank you for treating us so well.

Connor, the barman at Avenue Bar and Restaurant, is absolutely exceptional. His mixology is incredible, his service is outstanding, and it is all topped off with the kind of personality every customer hopes for. Connor is the reason we became repeat customers. If his drinks were not already the star of the show, he easily would be himself. He has made several evenings truly memorable. Matteo also deserves a special mention. He is consistently welcoming, attentive and professional, and he adds so much to the warm atmosphere of the place. His service is excellent, and he helps make every visit feel smooth, relaxed and enjoyable. They are truly lucky to have him, and his contribution certainly does not go unnoticed. Andrew was an absolute pleasure to be served by. He was attentive, personable and eager to make sure everything was just right, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What really stood out was the human touch in his service — we had such a lovely chat with him, and it was genuinely refreshing to be served by someone so warm and engaging.

Good lovely, bar staff really nice & friendly and let daughter trying a kid strawberry dakerie. Left sitting for long time while server/host talked to other customer/friend for over 5 minutes. Eventually got service from another staff member so disappointed left there with no service from same person that seated us & left menus. Only bar staff keep me from walking out as it was not busy at early lunch time.

Amazing dinner! The Caesar salad, fillet steak, sautéed prawns, and gratin potatoes were incredible. This restaurant operates like a well oiled machine and we never had to wait for anything! Best meal I’ve had in Ireland.

Fantastic food … I’ve been to a few different celebrations really enjoyed it

we recently had food here as a family of 5 with 3 small kids on saturday last. staff were incredibly helpful and polite. the food was fantastic and absolutely delicious. I'd highly reccomend a visit if looking for good food at a great price in Maynooth.

I went here for the first time ever for a date night & it was absolutely 💯 from start to finish! The atmosphere was cosy & warm, we had a 3 course and it was amazingly delicious & I haven't been able to finish every meal from a 3 course in a long, long time! Have to compliment especially the sticky toffee pudding, it was to die for 🤤 The staff were extremely friendly & professional, kind & warm. Definitely will be back again to sample more from the menu! 😊 Sadly, I scoffed down the dessert so fast, I forgot to snap a picture 😂

Had a lovely Sunday lunch with family. Food, service and atmosphere was excellent as always. Great restaurant
