Apart from enjoying a healthy filling lunch here regularly, I had the Beetroot cater for an event in Counyt Wickow of 70 people. It was expertly accomplished, both timely and friendly (even despite a family tragedy). I can definitely recommend the place - for eating as well as for catering.

The best food in town! I was in Maynooth for a few days and I had some problems finding veg-friendly options... I found a place friendlier than I could ever hope for! Nidhi's cuisine is fantastic. I trusted her with all of the meals I had at the Beetroot café (that's because I didn't know what kind of food was behind the Indian names!) and I'd sincerely advise you to do the same. The place is so welcoming you end up feeling you're at someone's house. In the photos you can see a potato paratha, a dosa, and the last one is a paneer veg korma curry with hariyali pulav for takeaway (please correct me if I'm wrong). Even if you're in Dublin, it is worth it to take a train, enjoy a nice day in Maynooth and an even nicer meal at the Beetroot café!

Such good food. The staff was also lovely to ask how spicy do I want my dish. I had the dal, they actually made it on the spot so it was fresh and flavoured. Very good prices also, portions are big enough
