Bistro 53 in Maynooth

Second time to eat there and enjoyed both occasions. Food well cooked and presented well and service was great 👍

Top notch restaurant and we are just overly impressed with the food, they have a great selection on the menu, one of my all time recommendations being the stake. We come here quite often and we can truly say that everything is ten out of ten. Excellent customer service, great atmosphere, and by far the best food in the area. We highly recommend trying out this place to everyone. Keep up the good work bistro team and we’ll definitely be back soon.

The first time I tried this restaurant, the food was top-notch, and I was thoroughly impressed. However, after dining there three more times, I found myself increasingly disappointed with each visit. The last time I was there, which was just last week, I ordered the soup of the day and lasagna. The soup was excessively spicy for my taste—and please understand, I'm from the Middle East and am very accustomed to spicy food, but this was on another level—to the point that I couldn't finish it. The lasagna was even worse; the beef had an off smell that wasn't masked by spices, and it was overly oily and salty for my liking. It's disappointing to see a good restaurant like Bistro 53 decline in food quality. On a positive note, the staff are always nice, and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Food is very nice it's a bit expensive but it is fancy like for a date, Anaversry, or a adults birthday not very much for kids birthdays bit overall a really nice Reastuarant.

Booked in for dinner, good menu and food was really tasty, fair price. Cocktails available. Nice setting. No draught on tap and very hard to find menu online. Only accessible was via Facebook. Service was quick and very friendly. Will visit again

Bistro 53 is maybe my favorite restaurant in Ireland. They have a lovely atmosphere appropriate for a date as well as family dinners. The food (Italian/Mediterranean) and service are superb. On multiple occasions, staff has offered off menu ideas to accommodate my daughter's food preferences and allergies.the food is consistently delicious. I have my favorite meals there, but I am happy to try new dishes. We use Bistro 53 for me and my wife, for our family, and for our company dinners. I'm sure you will love Bistrob53!!!
