Bistro 53 in Maynooth

The service we received here was very good! Remembered it afterwards. The food was very nice too and we were a fan of the lunch special.

Amazing dinner, super fresh. We went at late but the staffs were still super nice and accomondated to us. Can't rate the food higher, authentic Italian right at center of Maynooth.

Service was great, waiter was particularly good with my youngest who decided she didn't want to eat anything as soon as we turned up. Food was fantastic, could have been fractionally warmer. Atmosphere is difficult to say, we were there at 12 in the afternoon. In any case, I recommend, also a bit pricey

I often go here for lunch and I'm always happy with the quality of the food and the portion size . Fresh ingredients and good staff also make it a very pleasurable experience. The lunch deal is really good value . I'll be back again very soon.

Went for lunch with my partner as a special treat and oh boy did I score points. Highly recommend it for a good quick date meal. We had the mussels and the octopus as starters. The mussels were good, well cooked and seasoned. The sauce was not spicy at all (loads of places tend to make it on the spicier side). The octopus was superb, very well cooked and tasted amazing with perfect combination from the sauces and the mash. As for mains we had surf and turf and monkfish. The surf and turf was very tender and medium cooked. The prawns were delicious with a great sauce. Veggies were also spot on. For the monkfish it was nice, with a sort of curryish flavor to it. For desert we had tiramisu which was not great, would call it pretty plain and nothing special.
