(Original) Adverage local resturaunt ⭐⭐and a half stars is my rating . Going there for years but never get anything on the house . They don't seem to want to support irish company's as the cooking oil drums , all food containers , delfware etc seem to come from China. Lots of the seems very salty .

The Moy Hotel

17/07/2025: We popped into the Moy Hotel Restaurant after visiting the Foxford Woollen Mills and were so glad we did! The Beetroot Salad was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented—truly a standout. The Fish and Chips were equally impressive: crisp, golden batter with perfectly cooked fish and chips. Great food, cozy atmosphere, and friendly service made this an unexpected highlight of our day. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area!

Guirys Bar

16/07/2025: Had a great chat with Pat. We'll be back. Lovely Guinness
25/06/2025: If you’re looking for the best pint of Guinness on the planet, look no further than Guiry’s, a small, family-run gem that’s worth travelling for (and I literally travel from Leeds just for a pint). This place isn’t just a pub; it’s a proper Irish welcome wrapped in warm conversation, local charm, and that unbeatable creamy head on a pint that dreams are made of. The staff are lovely, the atmosphere is effortlessly authentic. Whether you’re popping in for the perfect pint or staying for the craic, Guiry’s never misses. 10/10 would recommend, and already planning my next trip.
