12/05/2026: Have stayed many times in this Hotel and allways had a great experience until tonight. Tried ordering a toated sandwich from the room service menu only to be told there wasn't any. When I asked if they had run out of bread I was very rudely told by the porter " it's not my job to make sandwiches. I just tosst them and the chef never made any so it's his fault ". He then informed me to order a domino's or something off just eat. Why have room service items in the guest booklet if they are not available??
