Room lovely and food was gorgeous

Beautiful hotel, all the staff are amazing, food really good. No complaints.

Staff are excellent so friendly and helpful all the time . Nothing is a problem . Certain areas like dining room require updating . The bar is lovely and comfortable now . Self service hot breakfast would be better .

A fabulous stay in the heart of Killarney. Beautiful luxury rooms with the added surprise of a Christmas tree and golf putting mat which was a lovely touch for the festive period! A large range of coeliac options for breakfast which was great with 2 coeliacs in our group. Very attentive and friendly staff with a special mention to Sean greeting guests. Close proximity to local amenities including the National Park making it an ideal spot to explore Killarney. We will definitely be back.

Great staff in a lovely hotel with excellent staff. Mathew in the gym was especially helpful.

My husband and I stayed there with our 14month old for a few days after our wedding. We had a fantastic experience the staff are so lovely and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The food is delicious we both had breakfast both mornings and dinner on the friday evening in the garden room restaurant. It was a wonderful experience the food is delicious. Our little boy was also well catered for with a good choice of kids meals available. The hotel is located in the heart of Killarney and is in easy walking distance to the main streets.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful and we were made to feel special (it was our anniversary). The accommodation was lovely and the food was delicious. We'll be back!

Beautiful hotel with plenty cosy couch areas in foyer. Real coal fires lighting. Bedroom sumptuous with the most comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom with walk in shower and a stand alone bath with the softest bath sheets was such a treat. Added bonus in our spacious room was a lighted and decorated Christmas tree.

My boyfriend and I had the most beautiful time together here. We only stayed a single night but left wishing we could stay longer! We are now planning to come back again soon!
