Grind Briarhill in Galway

30/09/2026: Very nice local restaurant with very generous portions and reasonable prices. We had the Chicken Caesar Salad and the Warm Salmon Salad. Both were excellent. We also had the Bruschetta as an appetizer and the Bailey's Cheesecake for dessert. The Cheesecake was quite good, but the bruschetta was more like a mini-pizza then an actual bruschetta. We'll be back to try other dishes when we're in the area.

17/09/2026: We needed somewhere to eat dinner close to the Clayton Hotel. We asked Google what was near by. Limited choices - but we were very happy to find Bethlehem Galway. NOTE: Prices have increased by 1/3 since the last menu photos posted 6yrs ago. Current prices = €15-20 per main dish. I've attached photos of the current menu as of Sep.2026. Three of us dined. We ordered curry chicken - with 1/2 rice and 1/2 fries, chicken donair, tagliatelle Maria gratia - with the creamy garlic sauce. The food was delivered to the table so quickly. It was delicious! All three dishes were yummy 😋. It was still a good price for the meal received. Portions were the perfect size. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Plenty of parking. Vegetarian options available. Sweet dessert options looked so good - but I was too full to have some. The server was pleasant, like so nice, but difficult to understand sometimes due to the accent and how quickly she spoke. But she was really so, so lovely.
