Grogans offers a perfectly fine experience with a good breakfast as the highlight. The food was tasty and the portions generous, which is appreciated. However, there was nothing that stood out out of the ordinary, and the atmosphere felt somewhat simple. The service was acceptable but could have been more attentive. A nice place for a quick breakfast, but there is room for improvement.

One of the best people watching spots in Dublin located in a beautiful part of town near George's street arcade. Great pints, toasties and friendly efficient service.
