My Wife and Me stopped there on our Tour, doing the Wild Pacific Way. The welcome was heartwearming and the friendly atmosphere only increased our already top-notch impression of ireland's wildlife and native folks. Greetings from Germany !

Excellent pint of Murphy's, reasonably priced at €5, the girls had tea and red wine, which they said was fine. We didn't eat so can't comment on the food. Mostly locals but very friendly and welcoming. It is a regular place for us when we're in West Cork.

Ger's Wild Atlantic Diner

20/12/2024: I stopped here for breakfast recently. There were workmen having breakfast there so I knew it was going to be good as they always find a good breakfast. Amazing breakfast, the beans, fried egg, chips ,toast were particularly good as was the white pudding. The coffee was good too. Lovely staff. Highly recommend. Lads, its a breakfast that even a priest would Leap to on good friday
