Very nice cosy place to have your meal in Cavan town. Nice interior and touch to the detail. Great variety menu. Kids friendly atmosphere. Excellent customer service.Big portions. Not long wait to be served. Parking available on road side. Outdoor heated dinning area available as well.

Lovely food. Excellent service and great atmosphere

I visited Cavan last week and was lucky enough to eat at the Hard Boiled Egg. They provided the best cooked breakfasts (I went 2 days in a row it was so good) I have ever eaten. The staff are just as outstanding as the food, always smiling and happy to help - I can't sing the praises for this place highly enough - give it a try and you won't eat breakfast anywhere else in town. 10/10.

Great food brilliant menu staff were amazing

Very happy with our first visit to the Hard Boiled Egg cafe after hearing so much about it! Dropped in for a late lunch on a Sunday. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic, the music was just to our taste with older rock tunes playing in the background and we were greated with smiles by multiple members of staff. The space between tables was small in some places but we never felt cramped or squished in, just perfectly cosy. Will definitely be back to try out the breakfast and look forward to sitting outside in better weather.

Loved the food and the staff was really nice

The food is great, super high quality and very tasty, the drinks were excellent as well. Staff were super nice and friendly and very attentive without constantly hovering which is nice. Food arrived quickly and was just amazing. Great atmosphere, lovely decor, amazing playlist.
