The food and the atmosphere were great, but the service was subpar. We waited a very long time for our food and nobody came to say anything to us like it'll be ready in a few minutes or there's a delay. Thankfully we had some cool customers sitting nearby us and we struck up a conversation. They seem to be more irritated by us being there than helpful

Out of all the pubs visited, and the storehouse, they had the best tasting Guinness in Dublin.
A typical Irish pub, very busy, with a great atmosphere and excellent food. They also have a restaurant where you can eat. The prices are typical Irish, neither too expensive nor too cheap. It's a great place for a few pints and a meal or dinner, and quite lively.

Great authentic pub, right near the Guinness Storehouse.
Not too touristy, ate upstairs first.
The food was good, fresh, and tasty.
Afterwards, sat downstairs for drinks. Highly recommended.

We found this place after we went to the Guinness storehouse tour. I located it on Google maps and decided to give it a try. There’s a bar on the first floor, and it is clearly full of locals that we’re having a great time watching football, it looked like lots of families, including some kids, but a really fun spot. On the second floor is a restaurant, and the food was really great. I had the bangers and mash, I’ve never had that dish before and this place did not disappoint. In my mind if you’re gonna go to the Guinness tour, skip the restaurant there and go around the corner and have some lunch here. It’s not really big and we had to wait for maybe five minutes, but it was certainly worth it.

After visiting the Guinness Storehouse, we had lunch at Harkin's. My seafood chowder was fantastic and the service was super friendly.
