This is a very small bar with limited sitting. This is for locals only. The bartender was not friendly at all. She made us feel unwelcome that we were not locals. There are larger, friendlier pubs within minutes of this one.
This is a proper Ballina pub, cosy, as pubs were when I was younger. Great Guinness, poured perfectly, not too cold.
Nice folks in there of an older outlook but engaging and friendly.
Derek and his wife are no nonsense decent people.
