I thought it would be a lot better. I'm a bit sad because I was looking forward to eating here for a long time. The staff was friendly, I was a walk-in party of 2. Got sitted right away (the place was pretty much empty). Atmosphere was uncomfortable, it was a bit dark and the choice of music was weird, plus gets super loud when other tables start moving chairs. Ordered some house wine and a mocktail. Wine was nice, good quality. Mocktail a bit too sweet but tasted ok. Complimentary bread was probably the best of all the food I had, smoked butter was ok. For starters we ordered Pork belly and Caesar salad. Pork was nice, for me it was missing some balsamic reduction or something citrusy as there was too many sweet flavours, perhaps something could be improved in the celeriac puree to balance the dish. They tried with the mustard slaw but it was still sweet. Caesar salad dressing was ok. Chicken croquette was like a Brazilian cochina but chicken needed more seasoning. Overall starters were ok. For the mains we had Irish Pork and Rump steak. The steak was really delicious but the peppercorn sauce was a let down, not enough cream and too overpowering flavor of pepper, didn't enhanced the flavor of the meat but the opposite so didn't use it. Potato fondant was really good. Roasted potatoes were on the raw side which was very unpleasant and lacked salt, also didn't eat. Everything else in the dish was meh. Irish pork also not great, jus was like a stroke of paint in the plate really did nothing for the pork, carrot puré bland, carrots itself were good. Wouldn't order this dish again. And then finally came the dessert and well.. what a disappointment. So bad I spat it out. Chocolate fondant, the icecream was bland and crystalized, it was like eating ice shavings, the anglaise sauce bland and blackberry well kinda unpleasant to eat because of the seeds, plus plating not great. Cheesecake tasted like quark, no sugar at all, popcorn was saggy and the combination of dark chocolate sauce at the bottom with the caramel sauce on top and some pear slices made little sense in that dish. Overall the dessert was very poor and probably the reason why I wouldn't come back, since it sealed the experience as utterly disappointing. I could maybe come back if they improve the menu, but for the money I rather go to other places.

I had the pleasure of dining here three times for separate events. All the staff is so professional, smart and kind. The food was delicious but honestly the butter they serve with the bread at the beginning is just divine.
Lovely atmosphere and ideal for a nice evening dinner. Will definitely be back again!

We happened to come upon this restaurant after the owner/chef came outside to help us with our car park. He was very nice. Then we went and ate the food and we were so impressed and delighted with the whole experience. Donna our server was amazing. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Very delicious food with a wide range of options. Very accommodating and friendly staff. In terms of ambiance it's a little subdued but still lovely. Would be nice if the lights were dimmed slightly/ not as bright. That's nitpicking though, I'll definitely be back to try more on the menu the next time we're in Killarney.

Gorgeous tastes, from the start Rye bread with smoked whisked butter, through to the creme brulee! someone in that kitchen knows how to cook. Decor beautiful. Good wine. Would have preferred more veg with my dinner, felt it a bit potato heavy, but regardless a lovely dining experience.

Really nice place, excellent food but the staff made the experience even better, friendly, fun and knowledgeable about all the dishes. We went early and it was quiet at that stage hence the 4 star atmosphere but I would imagine it is a popular place, well worth going

Really nice dining atmosphere, extremely efficient service. Staff when out of their way to make recommendations, explain dishes and overall were very attentive during dinner. We order the beef featherblade which in my opinion is a must try when visiting, the beef was tender and favourable, portion may be a bit small depending on your appetite but a side of the champ mash was more then enough spilt between two, the mash was buttery and delicious. The chocolate foundant for dessert was a great way to end evening warm with a googy center. The bill came to €90 between two people (which including 2 mains, 2 coke, 1 side and 1 dessert) it price is slightly on the higher end but it's definitely worth for the quality of the food and service and compared to other places in Killarney.

We dined at Harrow while on a tour of Ireland. One of the best restaurant meals I’ve ever enjoyed! Creative preparations and incredible flavors.
