I wasn't there for long, but the atmosphere was good.

Food was nice. Got the red curry which definitely wasn't a red curry, but was still flavoursome. Would recommend smaller portion of the curry as there was enough to feed two with it, especially when there was half the rice portion. Over all very nice food, staff were very helpful and friendly and it was cosy and comfortable. Sticky toffee pudding was delicious.

Had the turkey & Rasher yesterday food was cold, turkey was dry would not go back there for food.

Went Saturday night, no booking. Place was packed, but the staff did wonders to get us a seat for 4 person's.

We popped in for soup and sandwich. Ian the waiter was excellent always so very poite and very friendly. The soupl was excellent (Leek and potato) along with the ham, cheese and onion toastie. Thanks Ian !

We had the carvery and it was very tasty and well presented. The service was very good and fast. The only minor incident was when the lady came to collect my husband's plate and made a rude comment saying he was fast. He was very embarrassed. My husband always eats very quickly. This type of comment should not be said to anyone, even as a joke.

Highly recommend the roast beef, it was divine! Service was quick and friendly and it's a lovely comfortable pub.
