Nice big room, however the water from the bathtub and shower were very dirty.
There was some brown material gushing out every few seconds, see effect of this in picture attached.
I asked for the night manager over the phone but no one came. When I showed the image to the staff at reception the following morning, they said that the water has been tested and deemed safe.
Really not acceptable to not be able to shower staying at a 4 star hotel!

Nice hotel in good location. Great location for events at the RDS or Aviva stadium. Situated right next to Herbert Park. Car park available.

Only stayed one night, but found everything top class, room was spotless, complementary water provided, service in the lounge was excellent, food was great, and staff at reception were most helpful, couldn't praise this hotel enough.👍

In a safe, family friendly neighbourhood right beside a large park green space; comparable to Central Park of New York or High Park of Toronto. Beautifully interior decorated. We were upgraded to a suite facing the park as we had a longer stay. Really appreciated that gesture. There was construction happening right beside our building as of Oct2024. It is inevitable however you could be disturbed if you want to sleep in after 8am on a weekday.

Was here hosting a conference for two days. Service and facilities were excellent. Food very fresh, parking a little tight with few available spaces. But overall a great place.

We booked a 2 night stay at this Hotel and our bedroom had a interconnecting door which although locked did not provide much of a sound barrier. We could hear loud conversations (at night) from a mobile phone user next door who failed to appreciate the sound of their own voices or could not be bothered ! Their alarm went off on one occasion and they then decided to have an all night conversation. We complained to Hotel reception and they kindly reallocated us to another (quieter) room at midnight. The only problem with this change was that it turned out to be just as noisy due to "partying" from an adjacent room and noise emenating from the air conditioning units outside our small front window. The location to the City Centre was only a short bus ride away but the immediate local (restaurants and shops ) in this business district of Dublin proved very expensive . The breakfast choice was fine save for the limited provision of cakes/pastries (micro portions ) available and fact that there were no bread rolls available. The availabilty of a nespresso coffee machine in the room was not of my taste , and no biscuits !
Great service, breakfast is among the best to be had, but not included in the room price. Dinner food was lovey hot and served efficiently. Locaction next to Herbert Park is very cool.Rooms are okay & clean. Car parking is reasonable. A little pricey for its general location I thought. I would stay again, but not in the room I had, lot of noise from ventilation system outside. Marty.

The hotel was an excellent choice for a weeks visit.. The Herbert Park Farmers market on Sunday was excellent because there were a lot of vendors with delicious food. The Portuguese tarts, the paella and the coffee were homemade and locally sourced.
The hotel stay was lovely, the staff are great. There's no full restaurant on site for dinner but they do have a good breakfast.
