Herbstreet in Dublin

Very delicious food. Staff were so friendly and the location is perfect

Lovely visit to Herbstreet for brunch this morning. Glad we had booked as it was very busy. This however didn’t compromise on the friendly welcome that we were greeted with and the attentive service throughout. We’d booked an indoor table but asked if we could sit outside as it was such a beautiful day and the outdoor seating area at the front had a lovely view over the docks and was basking in sunshine. This was accommodated and early explained when the table was to be returned. Great menu with a range of breakfast/lunch options. Food was delicious and portions very generous. Hadn’t visited this area of Dublin before but lots of interesting sightseeing opportunities close by for afterwards. Hope to visit again.

Breakfast of champions! Absolutely delicious and super filling — I didn’t feel hungry for the rest of the day! Everything was spot on: perfectly poached eggs, creamy avocado, fresh smoked salmon, and a squeeze of lime that tied it all together. Oh, and the coffee? Smooth, rich, and just what I needed. Loved the cozy spot and the lovely view. Definitely coming back for more!

Drink service would have been faster if people had ordered normal drinks instead of overpriced cocktails. Didn't get my drink until after we had finished our entrees.

Decent breakfast options, unfortunately I missed the brunch which had much more exciting choices to try.

Busy restaurant, close to the Bord Gais Theatre. Has a pre theatre menu. Large, open plan seating area. Quick and friendly service, a good spot to try in the area.

Herbstreet is a true oasis in the city — relaxed, intimate, and full of charm. The food was fantastic, the drinks were spot on, and the atmosphere was just what we needed. Our waitress, Sadya (sorry if I’ve misspelled your name!), was absolutely lovely — friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Great value for money too. I’ll definitely be back — just make sure to book ahead to avoid missing out!

Entramos ya que el desayuno estaba terminando y nos mantuvieron el menú del desayuno, que era muy amable! El desayuno era increíble! Sin duda ingredientes de gran calidad y el personal era atento y amable! ¡Nada era estándar en el plato! Me encantó el rosti pudín negro, la salchicha de calidad MASIVA y frijoles peculiares. Tenemos 2 x irlandeses llenos y tengo una olla de té con una gratificación del 10% a 38 ish euro. Gracias chicos!

Buscando un lugar para comer algo antes de un show y eligió este. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Tenía la hamburguesa, otro amigo tenía la hamburguesa vegana y los otros tenían la pasta. Todos estaban claramente recién preparados, muy sabroso. Cada uno de nosotros tomó una copa de Malbec. Personal muy amable y servicial. Sin duda recomendaría.
