Hi-B Bar in Cork

A classic old irish bar. No phones allowed.

Small bar. It's a surprise when you walk in. It's like having a drink in living room. Very cosy if you get a seat. No mobile phones aloud. Only the chat. Great!.

I'm exploring Irish whiskeys and the waiter gave me some great advice. A cozy atmosphere with comfortable armchairs.

Very cool pub, like a living room in somebodies house, perfect if you prefer conversation over blaring tv and music. Nice pints too

All the service is great. The atmosphere is the best part, no phones, jazz music and friendly place. It is so cozy with couchs. Love this place. Good place to meet friends and having a pint of Murphys and conversation. One of my favourite bars in Cork. No food.. so I can't give any star for it.

Great no phones policy! I liked that very much. Came in with my Dad and sat at the bar. Great conversations were had. Thanks for that Bara! Tried some nice whiskey. Great selection for sure! Highlight: Red Breast 27 was sooo smooth and amazing. Midleton Dair Ghaelach little spicy, very good.

Really enjoyed this place. Good whisky selection and have me some great recommendations. No phones restriction kept the conversations flowing, though it was quite loud at times.

Stopped by based on the recommendation of our hotel, The Residence Inn. There was a sign at the door stating, “ no cell phones”. Upon entering the vibe was great with classy music and vintage furniture. We had a couple of drinks in the lounge area than moved to the bar when there was vacancy. The server, Alex was great and gave us some recommendations for sights to see. I would recommend this put to travelers.
