My daughter & I had a lovely one night stay, warm welcome when we arrived, the hotel itself is so cosy and all the staff were so friendly...our room was actually two connected rooms, one with a double bed and one single; the beds were so comfortable, the room & ensuite were so clean and so tastefully decorated. Food for dinner and breakfast the next day was delicious with generous servings. We will definitely be returning...soon hopefully.

My partner is new to kilkee and said the following. Perfect spot to stay, great food in the bar or restaurant reasonably priced at the top of main street, we think most of the staff are family already trying to get another weekend in August 2026. We stayed there 2 weeks ago for the first time but definitely not the last. Highly recommend it

Have stayed previously here and was very good. From a lovely warm Irish welcome from John, I had a lovely appointed room. Slept so well , so comfortable and also nicely decorated. Breakfast is amazing, An abundance of Irish fare, Keeps you full all day. Lovely service by Zoe and the girls. This really was a home from home for me. Also dinner and drinks second to none and again , brilliant service and also food. Would recommend Seafood Chowder. Packed full of Fish, really tasty. Thanks so much guys. Hope to see you soon.

We didn't sleep here, but we did go to eat, the place was very cozy, like a 100% Irish Pub, the food was very good at a very reasonable price, there was a lot of tourism in the area as it was a sunny day in August on this very pretty beach and we had no problem not reserving a table, the service was very good and we ate very peacefully, they have all kinds of beers on tap, about 10 or so

Lunch at the restaurant. Nice place, generous plate. Too bad the service was a bit slow, the waitresses chatted and didn't pay much attention to the customers, so we left without dessert 🍨 and without ☕️ coffee.

Our stay had many highlights, room 118 was beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable, and the hotel is in a fantastic location. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were always very attentive and friendly.
The only issue we experienced was a strong petrol/kerosene smell in the room. It was quite intense the first night, much less noticeable the next day, but unfortunately returned again on the second night. In addition, there was a generator-type humming noise that turned on and off, which was more noticeable during the night.
Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel and, once these issues are addressed, it would make for a perfect stay.
