Hillbilly's in Cork

For the Centre of town on a busy street the service was quick the food fresh and delicious. The portion of chips fair enough. I went with the classic breast in the bun, the fillings were just perfect not over or under done. The regular chips portion is small but this Hill Billy's gives you a few extra in the bag. Very limited seating so it is more for takeaways or eat your meals on the robot tree benches that are outside. There is also bins near by. Good service and good food. Almost value for money at just under €11 euros.

Why I hadn’t tried this before , I don’t know ! Had heard of the breast in a bun, but just thought it’d be cheap rubbish . Turned out it was a lovely fillet breast in delicious seasoning . I liked it so much, i went out searching for it the following day (and minus beers haha) and it was just as good ! 😋

This place was there when we needed it most (10 pm, starving, nothing else was open). They fried everything up while we waited about 10 mins, so the fries and chicken were nice and hot. Nice employees.

Supper cheap and food is lovely
