Hillbilly's in Dublin

My favourite place to eat. Gravy has almost always been top notch, the best of any I have had. The food is nearly always great. Location is iffy with very limited parking, I tend to go late or on weekends here to guarantee a spot. Waiting time is variable, sometimes quite quick and other times waiting a while. Wish they had a better or more open delivery service, the app needs to be looked at by the developer. Their menu could also be more descriptive with what's included in particular offers, information can be patchy.

Good value chicken box for 20 euro, chicken pieces, tenders and fries. Lots of meat on the chicken pieces and the coating is very moreish! With a lack of KFC around, would definitely go back.

OMG the kindness of the staff. I left my phone in restaurant. They minded it for me. So good of the staff.

I’ve been eating here for almost a year, and the quality of the food is always excellent. It’s a very clean place, even though it’s visited by many people—the staff works hard to keep it spotless. I also wanted to take a moment to mention one of the employees, Karen. She is always incredibly kind and provides excellent service to all customers, not only in English but also in Spanish, creating a very welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to visit frequently.
